Evaluations of Levy, Richard

This book presents an extremely compelling argument for why institution of a price-control policy would be difficult, using primarily statistical data and previous attempts at regulation as the building blocks for the argument. The excerpt taken from the book is almost purely statistical, and some of the results derived from this data are vague. However, the lucid results present glaring possibilities for complication in regulation.
