Augur updates
18 April 2004
- Removed problem of duplicate user icons showing up on events.
12 April 2004
- I have recently heard about some problems with Augur's sessions timing out. Currently, if Augur is left idle for 30 minutes or more, the session ends and you have to start a new browser and re-enter Augur. My apologies that the system doesn't handle this more gracefully.
2 April 2004
- Fixed problem with mouseover popup windows in mozilla
- Adjusted location of these windows under both browsers
- Fixed crashing for lots of conflicting events in 2 days ahead view
- Adjusted predictions for other attendees to cut down on false positives
22 March 2004
- Added Augur features - system now predicts attendance at events and predicts other users who may have scheduled those events.
- Added photo icons for most users
- Fixed problems with attendance diary
- Fixed problem with event matching on private events
16 Feb 2004
- Last week I found some bugs in the iCalendar parsing code and put in a fix. Since then, some users have noticed duplicate events on their calendars (the old wrongly-parsed events and the new correctly-parsed ones). Let me know if this happens to you and I can correct it.
- The Augur server will be down temporarily today while I restart it after applying some windows security patches.
10 Feb 2004
- Our lab has been having some network slowdowns, and the machine running Augur has been affected. Apologies if loading times are slow.
1 Feb 2004
- Fixed up javascript that calculates the day of the week on welcome page
- Added link to display who has permission to view a user's calendar
- Removed some redundant database queries that should hopefully speed up access
29 Jan 2004
- Made changes to JavaScript to support the Safari browser
- Fixed bug with events of zero duration
27 Jan 2004
- Added link to swiki on internal Augur pages
- Added logout link to internal Augur pages to remove cookies from the client machine
