We don't run our site off a Mac box, before you ask. My father doesn't quite believe in the Mac platform (read: he's old and set in his ways). I think the site of a dual 800 G4 tower would set him off. So everything is run off FreeBSD or OpenBSD (which is close enough to OS X to almost count).
