• the bottom links have a link to "How To use DITC" where there is no graphical counter-part for it on the site. Also, all link on the top bar of the bottom links section except "Getting Started" do not have graphical counter-parts. I'd suggest putting the "getting Started" down with the rest of the links and getting rid of that top bar there. Let me know what you want to do with all this and where the "How To Use DITC" link should go if it's still needed.
