- the photoshop file you sent me for earlDemo was not readable by my machine. I was able to use the jpg, but in the future, you need to remember I can't read photoshop 7 files
- I need a title for the earlDemo Day E timeline graphic
- created graphics and html pages for What is Design tutorial
- you may want to check this, some of the text on the graphics is hard to read due to the size of the image, but it can't be larger due to constraints of the layout design
- changed banners for menu12/edgold.htm and menu23/final.htm
- created movieTest.htm to test newly compressed movies on server
- initial test on my PC yeilds an error: "The data that the plugin requested, did not download successfully."
- initial test on lab MAC yeilds an error: "Unable to load 'http://www.cc.gatech.edu/projects/DTIC/dev/movies/edDemo001.mov'"
- fixed The code of the wrapper HTML file was only using an embed tag to embed the movie in the page. An object tag with correct parameters was needed around that embed tag. It works on both my PC and the lab MAC now. We will need to go thru EVERY HTML file in the movFiles/ directory and correct this coding mistake before the videos are up online.
- Movie appears low quality, not bad, but you can tell. "Demonstration" text is hard to read because the movie is so small. End text and questions are very hard to read. DITC logo text and time stamp are pretty much unreadable.
- wrote quick instructions on what changes need to be made to movie wrappers and emailed them to David

- added earl day E image to timeline 2
- created movFiles/earlDrop.htm movie wrapper
- added earl day E movie to movie list
- added "Student View of Design Process" to movie list
- added Site Map link to top text menu nav
- changed Complete Movie List to Movie List in top text nav
- changed Key Parachute Concepts to Key Concepts in top text nav
- deleted Site Map thru menu11 pages
- added content area to menu22/gender.htm
- fixed menu22/dstr.htm to have only one movie (hotSpotR.mov)
- changed menu31/science.htm sub title to Key Concepts
- added two new movies to menu31/whatDsg.htm
- changed movie links to movie names and PDF names instead of "Click to..."
- changed Click for Tutorial" to "Tutorial"
- I did this to uniform the site since we got rid of the "Click to..." stuff. I can change it back easily enuff in 5 minutes if desired. I also left it as "Tutorial" without a specific name since the tutorial's name is the name of the page it's on anyway.
- I suggest you use the Acrobat PDF icon for PDF documents in the side menu instead of the current tutorial icon, you can get the Acrobat PDF small icon off the same page you got the Download Acrobat icon (getAcro.gif)
- added camera icon to menu11/using.htm text
- this looks a bit odd. I suggest reworking the text to fit the icon and SHORT text description on a seperate line. I'd also suggest including something similar for Tutorial icons and PDF icons (if you want to download the PDF icon and use it)
- created image for earl day C on timeline and html movie wrapper for the movie. Just need the movie still pic to finish it.

- finished timeline 2 new graphics for Earl Day C (Gallery Walk)

- deleted side menu content from sitemap.htm and added requested text
- renamed earlGalW link in movielist.htm
- fixed code on every movFiles/ page to play QT movies properly. Need actual movies to fully test this
- suggested places for ordering DITC CD information
- suggested quick/current ways to allow user to choose movie rate
- cropped new student report images and uploaded them
- added images to menu33/othrMat.htm and related tutorial
- uploaded everything to server
