New Problem that you might encounter when Capturing!
When this problem occurrs do the following:
A. Error-Encountered Two different scratch disk, check to make sure proper scratch disk is selected.
1. Set the proper scratch disk using FCP in DitcStaff Login
2. When the scratch disk you want to use in selected log out
3. Log back in under David's Login
4. Open up Final Cut Pro in David's Login
5. Check scratch disk in perferences to make sure that is the same scratch disk that you've selected in DitcStaff Login, if not then change.
6. Log out and Try again
B.Error-Unknwon File
1. Change the name of the file you are trying to capture
The new operating code does not allow "/" in the titles of media names.

1. When you start work each day, check two pages: "Staff TO DO: Your Big Picture" to see what the goals are for the day. Then go to the "Timesheet – Sign In / Sign Out" and put in your starting time.
2. Video Editors should go to the Video To Do page for more specific assignments.
3. A task that needs doing in your To Do sheet will be in bold. When you've completed it, take the bold off, and put the word DONE to the left of each number, put your initials and the date.
4. Video editors: when a sequence is ready for me to see, put a note by the item(s) that says "DC Check" in bold.
5. Video Editors: Check the version number of the project you work on, and then increase it by 1 if you are the first person doing work on it that day.
