1. Put title "DITC - Dynamic List" at top of the page PHP you've already created.
2. Once the changes below are made, widen the Comments column.
3. Check for a blank field in Page Name when adding an item, and reject adding a page if the field is empty.
4. When I Add an item, the display went from Sort by Page Title back to Sorting by Title. Default should be Sort by Page, since this view looks more like the Site Map.
5. Save on width space by making the hour and minute columns uneditable. The year need only be two digits wide, which have only 2 values – 03 to 04 (is there anything earlier?)
6. Notice the numbering convention – you can make the width of the number column narrower since there is now 1 fewer numbers after the decimal point.
7. Sort is slow – any easy way to optimize?
