1. 8.27.02 I found the pamphlet for teachers I was looking for that describes their use of videos in the classroom. Please pick it up and review when revising the shoot plan. Plan (8/16), shoot and edit movie (8/31) on making videos for the classroom. For 8.30.02, write out and design a 3-5 HTML page intro for teachers, with text and a few pictures.
2. 8.30.02 Complete the PhotoShop Main Menu job previously discussed so that colors do not change.
3. 8.30.02 Make list of movie titles for the Timeline that do not have current names; e.g. SWDay 4 title is old. Give me the list and I help me crank out a new version of the titles.
4. Must have M/F done today.
5. Recommend Cleaner 5 settings for streaming QT and work with Jeremiah on this.
6. Create a plan for the DVD interface.
7. Make recommendations for Cleaner 5 settings for saving movies onto a blank DVD.
8. Answer questions raised in meeting about QuickTime and then report via email to entire team.
8. Investigate and report on the data thru rate of 2x and 4x CD-ROM players.
Matthias Shapiro
1. Design and create a graphics-oriented page that shows key design challenges of curricula that DITC does not cover now: Nuffield; Challenges in Physical Science; Design It!; Science By Design. To be included in DITC section "Teacher Resources" under bullet entitled "Other Design Curricula".
2. Create a sequence for Bob McCormick interview.
3. Create new bigTimelines for Bridget – 1 teaching day per day.
4. Transcribe all sequences, AND check the sound level for them while doing the transcriptions.
5. Make tape copy of interview of Dean Krisna ? of U Mass, Lowell. Can be found in the first day, first tape of the Design Camp tapes.
