zeroskews executable

How To Run
zeroskews.exe

NEW EXECUTABLE (09/07/2005)

New version includes two fixes: Measurements (the red crosses) behave correctly, with only one measurement per structure point in each image. Also, now when new images are added, their cameras are all added at the origin with the same pose – this means that all structure points are visible in all images from the start – all you have to do to see them is goto the View menu and uncheck "Measured" such that you see structure points even if they have no associated measurements.

1. Be sure to have correctly set up your environment variables needed by ipp, as described in Setting Up.
2. NEW Download the linux executable zeroskews.tar.gz then unzip and untar it with:
gunzip zeroskews.tar.gz
tar -xvf zeroskews.tar

OR
tar zxf zeroskews.tar.gz

3. Run the executable:
./zeroskews.exe

4. Two windows pop up. In the window entitled ViewImages, click the "Add.." button, then navigate to an image directory and select an image to add. Then, for example, add a few more images of the same building. We currently have around 230 images available, as described below.

5. In the ViewZeroskews window, use the buttons to navigate through the images, and then from the Tools menu, select Point, and then begin clicking points in the image. See what happens, play around with it. Explore the menus.
