What a cool website! My name is Michael, and I'm an avid milonguero in Houston Tx. I am the president of Tango Houston. www.tangohouston.org. I'm a regular reader of the tango list, but don't post very often due to time restraints. Rest assured that I appreciate everyone's input.

I've been dancing for about 2 1/2 years now, and travel to Austin frequently, and attend the Labor Day weekend in Denver. I've taken lessons from Joan Bishop locally, and workshops by Daniel Lapadula, Cacho Dante, Brigitte Winkler, Susana Miller, Pablo Pugliese, Alex Krebs, Fernanda y Guillermo, Daniel Ovieda, and others.

We have a very fine, growing community in Houston, so please contact me if you're in town so we can meet and enjoy some tango.
