This presentation was built in a generic Squeak 3.0 image. I added a few extra fonts and four sampled instruments and set the sound player to a sampling rate of 44100 samples/sec. Finally, I fixed on tiny bug in fromAIFFFileNamed:mergeIfStereo:.
To run this image, you should be able to use the Squeak VM from Squeak 3.0 appropriate for your platform.
