Everyone stands in a circle. The director points to someone and says "Zip!", who in turn has to point to someone and say "Zap!", who in turn has to point to someone and say "Zop!" (Or "Zup!" in some circles*.) Lather, rinse, repeat.

* those who introduced the game to the troupe used "Zup!" Along the way, it has been corrupted by those darn Zopists.
