Step 1
The First step is to install the needed OpenTalk package onto your computer,so to do this open up the parcel manager.
This will install all the files needed for basic OpenTalk functionality.
Now that that is done. Step 2 is to import OpenTalk into your program.
To do that you have to add this line to your namespace like shown below
With that you have finish installing Opentalk and can start using it
