Quick tips and where to look for connecting your GUI and data model using adaptors

Adapting Domain Models to Widgets is covered in Chapter 4 of the VisualWorks GUI Developer's Guide (located in the docs directory of your VisualWorks install), but it can be a bit obtuse at times. These tips are intended to point you in the right direction.
To load the VisualWorks examples reference here:
- Open the Parcel Manager (while you're here, I recommend loading the "AutoComplete" parcel from the "Environment Enhancements")
- Go to the Directories tab
- Open the examples folder
- Double-click on the example you want to load
