Well...I'm originally from Iran, so I have my share of persian roots.
But I've been to a lot of countries since childhood, especially Europe...Germany, Luxemburg, Belgium, Switzerland, Norway, Holland...hmmm kind of lost
count. I was in Oklahoma for more than a year, and actually it's a great place to live; Norman, home to the
undisputed college football king, Oklahoma Sooners, is again another great city in central Oklahoma! But of all these places, I've lived in Georgia longer than any other place I've been too.
I went to Roswell High School in...well...Roswell.
But it's been great, I've been exposed to different cultures, which to a certain extent has opened up my mind and allowed me to look at things
from different perspectives and develop a sense of tolerism.
As far as academics go, I'm a Biology Premed senior. I am involved in couple of organizations, but AMSA
(American Medical Student Association) is the one that I'm really involved in, being the secretary & the webmaster.
I had the opportunity to work with Professor Borodovsky for a year in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology field.
Currently I'm having the awesome opportunity of working with Dr. Sewer for about two semesters now in the exciting field of Molecular and Cell Biology.
I've got nothing else to say...so checkout the rest of the site, oh and btw, webdesign is sort of like a hobby to me, I literally put up this site in an hour and a half,
so check out my real homepage, which took a bit longer, @http://houman.cjb.net. It's been a while
since I've updated it, so it's outdated.
And for those interested in MUDs and MOOs and internet virtual environment, I did a project on the subject a year or two ago, check it out.
