If you are thinking about a used copy, don't worry if the included CD-ROM is missing. Updated software is available by following the "Software" link on the coweb main page.

Grading Policy


5% n Pop quizzes (5/n% each)
40% 4 Midterms (10% each)
10% 4 Labs (2.5% each)
30% 6 homeworks
15% Final


A >= 90
B >= 80 and < 90
C >= 70 and < 80
D >= 60 and < 70
F < 60

There is no curve!

Collaboration Policy

You may collaborate on homeworks, labs, and prequizzes. When you collaborate on homeworks and labs, you must indicate that you did so when you turn in your assignment. You must tell us the names and prism ID's of the students you collaborated with. Failure to do so is a violation of the honor code. For the format of the collaboration statement, go here.

Pop Quizzes

Are unannounced and during lecture. Come to lecture! The lowest one will be dropped, this also includes a missed pop quiz.

Homework

Homeworks are programming-oriented and are due at 7 PM local Atlanta time on the due date indicated. Late assignments that are up to 24 hours late will be accepted for up to 80% credit only. Once the 24 hours passes, Sakai will no longer accept submissions.

Exams

Are during lecture and most likely will take the whole class period.
