Final Exam Review Sp2007 Questions

Post any questions that you would like to have answered at a review session (or online if possible).
Is our whole final going to be writing functions?
No. In fact, most of the code questions will ask you to trace it, answer questions about it or fix broken code rather than writing functions from scratch. However, the topics on the review are close to the topics on the test, and if you can do the function-writing questions on the review, you will be in good shape. Colin Potts
Is there a link to the Test 2 review ?
My roommate is in Stallworth's class and I am in Potts'. She told me that in her class the lowest test grade would be replaced by the exam (if it was higher, of course). I was wondering if I missed Potts saying that, or if he didn't at all. Thanks!

How does the grading work then if the final replaces an exams?

5% n Pop quizzes (5/n% each)
40% 4 Midterms (10% each)
10% 4 Labs (2.5% each)
30% 6 homeworks
15% Final
Final would be 25% and your best 3 tests would average to 30%. Thanks! Brittany Duncan

Cedric told us on friday that the monday final would be in a building at Tech square on the same side as Moe's and the Marble Slab. What was the name of it again?

in the review session, they did not answer question 18 on the review... is this information not important or could someone please post the answer?
There were certain ?'s that we did not go over in Cedrics class- it was a whole section on the review. The TA's in the review session didnt know if we would still be tested over it. Will we?
Anything on the review is fair game for the final. If you didn't go over it in class, look it up in the book. Also, we don't post answers to any review questions on the Coweb. Thanks! Brittany Duncan

on the review number 16, how do we use for loop and recursion to add up the number in a list?
i tried
for number in list:  
           print number+number

but it's not working.
and i don't have any idea about the recursion...
