Amin Issa

That would be me on the right, with my roommate on the left.
Anyone get the allusion?

Hobbies: The amount of things that I find alluring is astronomical. To be honest, I barely have time to consistently and adequately spread my time between all of my interests, but they keep me happy in the long run. They run the gamut from the fantasy of magic to the reality of the sciences, from the competition of high-impact sports to the solitude of intellectual pursuit, from the inaneness of video games to the gravity of blueprinting reality. No matter what, I am certain I can find something to do which would spark my imagination, whether I am alone or with a mass of people.
About Me: Ripped straight from my Facebook, but eh...The title of this section, combined with the limited space to write, provide a sREMOVEDge conundrum. Even without a limit, how would one describe oneself to the random passerby? If you, the reader, were a person on the street, in what manner would I approach you? What impression would I try to make on you?
As you are indeed a passerby on this street of my life, I have to take this into consideration, and I have to take it seriously, because you matter, as do your thoughts. I would firstly hope that you have a vague blueprint of me assembled in your head from the information I gave you in the above sections of my "favorite" things. Then I would describe my upbringing, which consists of being born and raised in southeast Tennessee, where I come from an Arabic household of my two brothers, my parents, and I. I would describe my attachment to the many cultures I have adopted in my life through vast amounts of traveling, and how I believe that we are not many, but rather, we are one. I would outline my education up to this point, which has been a public schooling and current student position at Georgia Tech. I would lay out my feelings about the importance of true learning versus mandatory schooling, as it plays a massive role in my outlook on life. What to do with too much information is the great riddle of our time, so I would make clear to you that my goals revolve around how to solve that issue. With too much information, we must find a way to parse it out, organize it, contextualize it, make sense of it, and ultimately, make use of it in various situations.
As you can see, that's what I'm doing for you right now.
After all of that sort of talk, I would slip into some of the REMOVED vague, emotion-based subjects that make up a large part of who I am: Faith, family, love, and how they all intertwine as one huge concept in my heart. I would stress the balance between mind and soul that I try to maintain, and again, how that equilibrium affects my outlook on life.
And finally, after all that, I would hope that after seeing through my eyes by listening with your ears to my mouth, you can open your arms in embrace of mine and tell me all about you. Any takers?
