That's right, and it adds the number to foo each time it goes through the loop. - Bobby Mathew

Gets the pixel from either end of the picture and then swaps them. Suppose the picture is 100x100, it will swap (1,1) and (99,1), then it swaps (2,1) and (98,1) and keeps going inside. I don't know if there's a specific term for that. - Bobby Mathew
