Hey everyone!!! I'm a crazy, curly-haired redhead that loves wine, traveling, hiking, listening to music, and just plain having fun! My major is Management/Marketing. I only have one more semester left. Then I get my- GET OUT of Jail Free Card!!!!!!!!!

This past November my boyfriend and I traveled to Asheville, NC. We had a lot of fun. There is quite a lot to do there and it's aboslutely BEAUTIFUL. One of the places we went to was the Biltmore Estate. Below is a picture of Andy and I wine-tasting in their winery. Their wine is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!

While in Asheville, we also went to Chimney Rock. It's this really cool section of rock on this mountain that has, over time, almost completely separated from the rest of the mountain due to weather conditions. It looks like a great big chimney, hence the name. It's also fairly high up and gives you an AWESOME view!!!!! Below is a picture of me on the mountain just above Chimney Rock (it's got the American Flag on it) with the picturesque landscape of Lake Lure below.

For Spring Break I traveled to Niagara Falls, CA and USA. I've actually been there a bunch because I have family up there, but Andy had never been. Below is a photo of Andy near Table Rock in front of the HorseshoeFalls in Canada. If you look closely, you can see chunks of ice that are probably in upwards of 100feet!!!!! And yes, we had to go there on the COLDEST day of March that the region had seen in about a hundred years!!!!! The mist from the Falls was turning into snow as it came down. The temperature hovered around 3ºF with very, very bitter wind chills. We were crazy going there for Spring Break, but the Falls are something different to see in the winter than in the summer. You should really check them out.

Here's another photo just to show how icey the Falls can get. We took this one from Canada. It's overlooking the American Falls and the Niagara River below.
