Final Exam Review Fall 2004: Questions on Databases

1) fast, standardized, can be distributed, store relations
2) Structured Query REMOVEDuage - a large and complex programming language
3) use of multiple tables to answer a query

SQL is simply the language used to communicate with the database to create, modify, and remove information. As for it being "large and complex", that's subjective. (I say it's simpler than some of the stuff we've been teaching)
