How are we supposed to take up grade discrepancies with our TA's when I still have 3 ungraded assignments. I need to see grades to discuss them. so in other words....PLEASE POST MY GRADES!!!!
All grades should be posted by Wednesday. If it's not up by Wednesday, email your TA. Angela Liang

Is there any way we can know what our the grades for our PRS questions are?

PRS grades aren't counted, so how shall we figure our averages??
Thanks for holding an unofficial review session on Thursday; However, a little comment on take-home test 2 grading: the grading was a bit too brutal, but at least we learned how to do the coding afterwards. So, it's a good idea to prepare for final exam!
Part of the reason the grading was a bit "brutal" as you say is becuase HW4 was almost identical. Had you gotten HW4 working, either before or after it was due, you should have been able to get at least a 70% on the takehome just from passing in the HW4 with minimal alteration. Kelly Lyons
As Kelley said earlier, PRS will be designed to help your grade but not hurt it. I think the final overall is out of a 95 instead of a 100. Well, I hope the professor can switch the hmwk standard from a 20% to a 25% since I, and most others, have a really high hmwk avg.

There is no need to adjust the use of the homework average to deal with the PRS data. The best way to think about the use of PRS data this term is that we will calculate your grade two ways (with PRS data (out of 100) and without PRS data (out of 95)) and we will use the best of the 2 grades. - Beth Mynatt

should i be worried if my quiz 3 isnt changed yet? I talked to professor mynatt on friday and gave her my test. My TA is Larry though if you want to tell him to change it either/too.

On the final, will there be helpful examples like on the review to jog our memory?? The reference codes? Those help me a lot.
If you are asked to write code there will almost always be some example code for you to draw from. Greg Leo

Why are there so many "phene.... pharmeceutical drugs" links in the who's who pages?? They are in people's personal pages as well.
People all over the internet (not from Tech) find cowebs and post links to their sites on them. This allows them to get more people to go to their websites and they make more money. They can attack any page that isn't locked. The reason that you need a password to upload from off campus is because these people also used to take advantage of uploading and use the coweb as a file server for things like illegal music. If you do not want your personal page affected, you'll have to put a lock password on it. This is all we can do to prevent things like this. Kelly Lyons
