- set up flight simulator equipment in middle room (steve)
- get rid of cigarette smoke? (buy air fresheners?) (haven't noticed lately)
- Still need a door on the back room by the library (sent to MR)
- Put up whiteboards (sent to MR)
- Change the name of our printer? (Helpdesk)
- Is the phone number changing back to our old one or not? (eventually)
- Set up SGI stations (sent to helpdesk)
- Filing all software and manuals for our computers in grey filing cabinet
- put all software in black cabinet
- How do we get new supplies s/a printer paper? (pick up supplies ourselves - call MR when we need printer paper)
- Can we get the two stuck-open windows to close? (sent to MR)
- Get power to Sachin's desk (sent to MR)
- Get lights fixed
- Get all network ports functional (supposedly done by Bennett - 8/31)
- Find a place for the refrigerator/kitchen stuff
- Find a place for the TV/VCR
- set up office supplies station
- Unpack and setup all PC computers
- Remove extra furniture
- Unbox everything
- Figure out the trash removal system (apparently, put garbage out in the hall. How do we get new trash bags is the question! -alex) (Ask James our janitor - a large supply is in the drawer under the refrigerator)
- find and re-sorting all data from old experiments in middle back room
- Get and set up our 3 new computers
- Make a final decision on furniture arrangement (library in particular)
- set up communal library
- Fix door lock on server room
