• Internet Anagram Server, where you can discover the dark anagrams lurking behind apparently normal words. (eg, the happy "Valentine's day" is really "A vile, nasty end").

• http://babelfish.altavista.com, a way of automatically translating documents into different languages. For fun, translate something from English to Spanish and then back to English, and then repeat this several times. The text will gradually diverge from its original meaning.
