Themis Evaluation 1

Edit Themis Evaluation 1 here.

Evaluation 1:
Council of Foreign Relations, “CFR Policy after 9/11: Energy Policy” [web page] 2004;

This piece is accessed through petroleum world, but the Council on Foreign Relations is an “independent, national membership organization and a nonpartisan center for scholars dedicated to producing and disseminating ideas so that individual and corporate members, as well as policymakers, journalists, students, and interested citizens in the United States and other countries, can better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the United States and other governments”. The article, produced in 2004, covers the three main topics I will focus on in my paper which are (1) America’s use of oil, and (2) alternatives to oil and their pros and cons, including (3) the impact the car industry can and will have.
