This Article seems very factual but there were many times I realized that they tried to manipulate the facts. Mr. Soto make the comment that georgia has erradicated its need based financial aid, while the Georgia Tech website www.irp.gatech.edu states the Georgia spent over 5 million dollars in 2003-2004. These kinds of statements make me question the entire validity of the article.
