Evaluation of Clayton, Mark
While it says Mark Clayton is the "Christian Science Monitor", I do not really see much of a bias in this article. It does not take a side in the political spectrum, but addresses current actions to achieve energy independence and future plans. It doesn't point fingers or critize, the article aims to inform. Since it was in USA Today, I believe it is safe to say that the information is accurate.
