Evaluations of Smith, Rogers
When reading this article I came across the sentence "Nobody is being held incommunicado; nobody is being denied the right to an attorney; nobody is being denied due process.", however, in an article I read from the library databases completely contradicts this sentence, telling of specific people that were held w/o due process. I'm not sure which is true, but we just need to be careful when taking in all this information.
