This article seems to be favoring one side, but to be reporting mostly objectively. It seems to follow the topic closely and may be very useful when we wite our papers. spearmint
I agree that is a bit off-center, but I think it was ok. The facts are still there, and as stated above, objective. If you look on that page, there is are books by that same author entitled "Terrorism and the Constitution: Sacrificing Civil Liberties for National Security" and "Enemy Aliens: Double Standards and Constitutional Freedoms in the War on Terrorism" which may be of interest to us all.

- It is a little biased but not as bad as other pages. It presents alot of just facts. Many comments on the Hamdi case and what its outcome will force, at that time, July 2004. It is accurate for that time although as of right now some facts may be outdated, good overall. Contributed by Hondezy
