I thought that this paper was relevant, it gave someone elses views and thoughts about the situation. It was basically leaning towards need-based financial aid as opposed to merit-based aid. I feel that this paper was short but did make good points. It defined merit-based aid, which can be useful. Since I am writing on the need of more need-based aid, I will find this article very helpful.
