Evaluations of Mysterious Writer
This was a two page article printed in the "Journal of Blacks in Higher Education". The Journal offers various statistics and graphs relating the trends of need-based scholorships since the 80's. I think the article is reliable, as it quotes from various other sources and books that deal with the subject, and it's a established Journal.
