Evaluations for Social Progress
Evaluation 1: This article is definitely reliable. It was published in a respectable magzine (Scientific Monthly) and is mostly theory. That means that it is simply a scientist stating a theory. The scientist had no incentive to lie or be bias. I am not positive that this work will be helpful to people but it does offer insight on social progress which is part of defining progress.

Evaluation 2: Just as the topic we are working on, the social progress itself is a big topic. It is very likely that this work will give some vary and colorful ideas to the folks who are preparing for issue 8.
