Evaluations of Dynarski, Susan

Edit Evaluations of Dynarski, Susan here.

This resource is from a peer-reviewed journal, thus I am fairly confident that this reference is of fine quality. Dynarski, of Harvard University, has published dozens of credible periodicals about financial aid, and the various effects of different types of aid on different peoples. She seems to effectively provide non-biased information about various scholarship programs and their results. The effects of existing or previously available need-based and merit-based scholarships are thoroughly analyzed as she describes the benefits and draw backs of each.

This source is valuable for bringing up issues that need to be addressed for the papers. The article provides arguments against merit-based scholarships and the arguments are valid and researched. The article has been peer reviewed and is in affiliation with Harvard which is notable for creditable research.
