Evaluations of Michaels, David
This authors of this publication give full credence to the ramifications, both good and bad, of instituting regulation of private research. They consider many scenarios that make equal points for both viewpoints, however, the entry is clearly written in support of private research regulation, and it is obvious that the presented data is used in support of the leading idea. The publication definitely is trying to validate one point of view, but in doing that, it considers both sides.
